The City Council is planning to discuss our appeal on Wed Feb 1st at 5pm in their Working Session (see you there)!

All of our efforts have been leading toward this moment.

It's imperative that Bend City Council make the decision to hear our appeal. 

We anticipate our appointed City Attorney will encourage City Council to pass the buck to Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA), see our latest newsletter for how you can continue to help advance our opposition to the gas station.
