Our voices are being heard! Due to the overwhelming response to the County Approval last week, Mayor Ben McAdams has called a town hall meeting to hear the feedback of the residents of the affected communities. From Mayor McAdams: "I have scheduled a public town hall meeting for Thursday, June 14th, to listen to the voices of residents. It will be held at Herriman High School, 11917 S. Mustang Trail Way, beginning at 6:30 p.m. For those who want to give me written comments, we will have comment cards available at the town hall meeting. Let's have a great showing at the meeting and take advantage of this opportunity that Mayor McAdams has graciously provided. CORRECTION: Aimee Winder Newton was not present for the vote as previously implied. Steve DeBry was still the single dissenting vote, but Ms. Newton was absent at the time of voting.
