The Family court system is very broken and corrupt. Almost always gender Biased and an attack on the wage earner regardless of the law. The family court judges power is absolute ( unless you have a law degree or are ultra rich). This leaves numerous people unable to defend themselves even when they are entitled the right to a fair trial. By making the trials a trial by jury, it would balance the scales again to give people a fair trial, the same as a criminal trial. Let a jury of our peers decide the best interests of our children and our futures.
