Swift Haven Site Update

Swift Haven is the winter pallet shelter community near Civic Field (Puget Neighborhood) hosted by Homes Now. The partnership with City of Bellingham and Whatcom County continues to sustain over 20 residents, but is scheduled for site expiration and potential relocation.
