They still believe they are above the law! The district just hired a new HR Director, Dr. Jeff Thomas, from Scottsdale Unified School District. No coincidence that the district also loves Arizona based Judges Canby and Silverman. They had to pay a search firm just to hire another HR Director. OAH - illegally denied unemployment while Nancy and Ricardo lied under oath to a state judge. KC Superior Court - Judge Hilyer's team removed case evidence and my hearing was not recorded (illegal). I know that the Asst. AG refused to negotiate in this case, since Judge Hilyer was running for WA Supreme Court and Rob McKenna, AG and former Bellevue Schools Foundation President, was running for Governor. There was a deliberate and intentional effort to deny me justice. State Appellate - Judge Mary Neel issued a Mandate which denies me acess to WA Supreme Court. My Motion for Discretionary Review was ignored (illegal). Federal Court - Judge James Robart did not require opposing counsel to meet with me and refused to compel discovery evidence from the district. They are still hiding this evidence after 4 years (illegal). He dismissed my case without ever hearing it and I did not receive my rights to due process and a jury trial in an obvious whistleblower retaliation case. Federal Appellate - 3 hand picked Judges Canby (Arizona), Silverman (Arizona), and Paez (SoCal) ignored the overwhelming evidence and facts in this case and just dismissed my case to make it tougher on me. I know that this process has been illegally influenced. Justice Pechman was asked twice to reassign my case and refused both times. Why would our 9th Circuit choose Judges from as far from Western Washington as possible? There's been a massive obstruction of justice in this case and it's obviously a huge Tea Party running the show. Now I can go to the United States Supreme Court and can still pursue a different matter under the PRA in the KC Superior Court. I have offered mediation/ADR this entire time while the district has wasted well over $500,000 hiding the truth from the taxpayers. Thanks for all of your support.
