Today I spoke to a former colleague in the Issaquah School District who told me it was wrong for Nancy Larson to illegally slander and defame me to my former employer. Nancy Larson has been getting away with breaking the law for over a decade. She lied under oath repeatedly at an Office for Administrative Hearing with a Spokane Judge Gina Margitan. Judge Margitan was also extremely rude to me, but it looks like her bosses (i.e. Chief Admin. Law Judge Lorraine Lee and Asst. Chief Admin. Law Judge John Gaffney) will take no action. Here's my response to Judge Gaffney: I do appreciate your time Asst. Chief ALJ - Honorable John Gaffney. I am not questioning you, your authority or your experience. I am only concerned with what happened prior to you receiving this matter. Thanks for your efforts serving our state and all citizens. I am still requesting a new OAH hearing with an unbiased OAH Judge in King County. I will bring witnesses who are now unafraid of retaliation since Cruz has left the district. There has been an obvious obstruction of justice throughout this matter. Does Judge Margitan have any ties to Nancy Larson and all her family members from Spokane? I asked Judge Margitan to keep Ricardo Cruz from using a hostile tone toward me and nothing was done about that. I also did not appreciate when Judge Margitan raised her voice saying: "Just answer the question!" That's the same way Nancy and Ricardo speak rudely to employees. The entire hearing should have been thrown out based on the deliberate lying by district employees. My wife worked at the FBI and heard the entire unprofessional and biased hearing. Why was I told there was no record of the hearing and now it suddenly showed up? There's still a penalty for blatant perjury by Nancy Larson and Ricardo Cruz. They repeatedly interfered with my rights as an employee, a union rep, etc. Ricardo was kicked out of the Seattle School District for hiring his friend, Don Roberts, to pose as a fake mediator. Larry Sera, former Bellevue Asst. Supt., was never an OUTSIDE investigator, so that was more illegal interference prior to this hearing. Larry was paid over $120,000 from the district from 2009-2014. There is also a huge concern for my personal safety since I reported that mowers were actually flipping over on employees in the Bellevue School District and I was essentially told to shut up and just do what I was told. LNI proved there were major safety violations by the district. Nancy has an over ten year history of abusing, threatening, and harassing employees. I also know that evidence at my appeal hearing was intentionally removed from the Superior Court which is blatant misconduct.
