Higher payouts for ManyVids Stars. The number 1 clip site in the world can do better!

The Issue

ManyVids has revolutionized the adult industry, by creating a clip site that allows models to communicate with customers. It's currently the number one clip site in the world. This site claims to be on the side of sex workers, however the issue of permanent higher payouts is always avoided.

Isn't it strange how iWantClips was able to payout 80%, until they had a large amount of performers and customers using the site, and then payouts were lowered to 60%? Isn't it strange how many smaller clip sites, which are making less money than ManyVids, are able to payout more than the "industry standard" 60%? To sell an item on Etsy, there is a 20 cent listing charge, and the site takes a %5 commission. In contrast, ManyVids makes 40% commission from items sold on their site. Clearly, ManyVids could pay content creators more than 60% of profits from video sales, and store items.

The fact that credit card processing is more expensive for high risk sites, such as ManyVids, is often brought up. However, CCBill, a company that processes credit cards for high risk merchants, charges around 10% for processing. This means that if ManyVids were using CCBill, (which they are not. They are most likely using a better credit card processing company, which charges less.), they would still be making a 30% profit from sales.

ManyVids would not be making any money without the content creators, who work extremely hard to create the content that ManyVids sells. Not only do we provide content, but we provide tons of free advertisement, when we link to our ManyVids profiles on other platforms.

60% payouts are currently industry standard. ManyVids is a very popular site, and the website is doing really well paying it's content creators 60%, so they probably see no reason to change that.

As the number 1 clip site in the world, if ManyVids were to increase their payouts, other clip sites would have to follow suit. This would allow a lot more adult content creators to do what they love, and create content as a career. It would revolutionize the adult industry, and greatly benefit sex workers. This site claims to be on the side of sex workers, and not profits. We would like to see them put their money where their mouth is. This would be a huge thing that would benefit many people.

We are asking ManyVids to continue to revolutionize the adult industry, by offering higher payouts for adult content creators.
