Glue boards are cruel and inhumane ways to manage pest control.  When mice get trapped on them they can take five days to day of dehydration, rubbing their legs and bodies raw trying to escape in the process.  They have been banned by New Zealand, Australia, and in British Columbia.  It is almost impossible to humanely euthanize animals trapped on them, as one risks being bitten by the terrified rodent.  In fact, manufacturers recommend that the creature simply be thrown with the glue board into the trash.  Other small animals like pets can also get caught on them.  l ask that the United States of America ban the sale of these horrible traps in our country.  They do not eliminate rodent problems, they simply create cruel suffering for the animal.
