My son, Domien Fulton was severely beaten during a routine traffic stop by a Texas DPS officer in Killeen, Texas on the night of June 30, 2018. His car was rammed and pushed into a pole by this office. My son was then drug from the car and beaten severely in his face by this officer (on the affidavit the officer admitted to hitting my son in the face more than 8 times with his closed fist, saying my son was resisting arrest, when my son was knocked out by the impact of the officer ramming his car).  No arrest was made and no drugs or guns were found on my son or in his car. The officer did not call for back up  during the "alleged chase" and he did not escort my son to the hospital, instead another Texas DPS officer transported my son to the hospital, but still no arrest was made.  A DPS officer came to the hospital (still not the officer in question), to make sure that "my son didn't have any broken bones." My son was released from the hospital on the same day without any arrest.  On July 3, 2018 my son was arrested at a Cefco in Killeen, Tx and placed under arrest for "felon with a gun" and evading arrest for the incident on June 30, 2020.  He still remains jailed on a $250,00 bond. While he has been incarcerated and his lawyer changed 3 times, he is not able to see his children (except by video) or his family (me, his mom).  Please help me to get justice for Domien Fulton.
