No increase of Asycuda World system burden on Saba

Business Owners on Saba Island are faced with an increase of financial and administrative burden on Saba every day.
Asycuda World (the import software) in now extended, making the process slower, more time consuming, because all items imported need to be separated in their system, which is going to take a lot of time. (10 times the time it takes now) and money.
Time that small business owners don't have. The tax office forgets that all businesses are small and don't have the manpower no the time. In most cases one person is responsible for its companies', operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Purchasing, Accounting, Sales, Maintenance, Customer Service, Cleaning etc.etc.
Over the years the government, especially the tax office, have been treating the small businesses on the island like big multi-nationals. Not understanding that we do not have the manpower nor the money to live up to the ever changing policies and procedures.
This new procedure will also cost more money, money that the consumer will have to pay for in the end. Which will rise the cost of living on Saba once again. At some point you come to the conclusion that the government is forcing us into pricing ourselves completely out of the market.
We are tired of the ever changing rules and regulations by the government. The right thing to do would be to make the procedures more simple for us instead of more difficult. Stick to your own slogan: Leuker kunnen we het niet maken, wel makkelijker!
By means of this petition we would like you to know that it is impossible to implement this new Asycuda World procedure and we will continue declaring our taxes, but thru the procedure that has been in place for a long time.
Solution: Stick to the old system come with a simpler and more reasonable solution or stick to the way it was in the past. (three commodity code system)
Let's have a discussion and solve this issue together!
