William "Bill" Overbeck is a licensed character in Dead by Daylight.  As such, he has very few cosmetics.  During this past summer I created a "Hawaiian" Bill cosplay.  It consists of Bill Overbecks beret, tan shirt, with Hawaiian shirt in place of the jacket.  Instead of pants he is wearing cargo shorts.  He also has a lei.

This would be a great addition to DBD and add some variety to Bill.  Consider having the cosmetic cost money and profits go to charity.
