In our country illiteracy is one of major issue. You know!! Well behaved and educated parents are working hard to educate their children but most of the labourer class and slum living parents (Mostly labour class people live in slum) are not even concern about education of their children. These parents are only living, earning, eating and drinking in our country. Do you think that we should keep them doing like this? These parents really don’t care and livings with a tag i.e. fake parents. They don’t feel any pressure of responsibility and bound for this sin and living freely. Not sending children to school is a big sin (hoep you Agree)Even money is also not a matter because a labourer class earn approx. 20k per month in India but the problem persists. Our Govt. Provides free schooling with proper study material but due to the unawareness, illiteracy or carelessness of parents are the cause to illiteracy of coming youth. It would have the worst consequences on are economy, development and illiteracy rate.We can’t force them to send their children to school until make a Policy/RuleSo solution is here that make a policy/rule where everyone would have an Employee Ability Card. This card would contain details of his/her family and children’s educations. If his/her children are going to school then they would be able to get employment otherwise not and this card would get renewed every year. Every organization and company would have to verify their employ’s card and disqualify ineligible candidate otherwise have to pay big amount as penalty.Now see, this policy/rule would create problem to these labourer and slum living parents. Having problem by their children’s study, would force them to send their children to any near Gov. School which is free also. So our point is here that by going to slum and start teaching there won’t make big change.We are working on burn of contention of this illiteracy level and hope this method can give a big change in India. Note: Here labour class parents means Majdoor Log , Who works under a builder.  There can be fraud i.e once they make card but after  wont send them school so solution is cross checking. This Rule will also remove Child Labour. Thanks!!
