Small update 💛
Over the past few days, I’ve been reaching out to a number of well-known New Jersey natives, journalists, actors, musicians, and public figures in hopes that our story might resonate with them enough to maybe share it or simply see what is happening here in Paramus.
No demands. No expectations. Just ordinary people trying to protect one small piece of community before it disappears forever.
At its heart, this stopped becoming just about land a while ago. It became about proving that ordinary people can still stand up, organize, care about each other, and try to make change — even in a world that feels increasingly heavy and disconnected.
Maybe we win. Maybe we don’t.
But if younger people see this and learn anything, I hope it’s that trying is not failure. Determination is not weakness. Communities only truly disappear when people stop fighting for them together.
And honestly… I think New Jersey still has some fight left in it 💛
