The community members Of the Clover Ranch Mobile Home Community located in Hampton Georgia is home to more 400+ units with teanants of a variety of family structures. Under the recent management  from Bedrock Communities Llc, tenants have been subjected to numerous accounts of unfair treatment from the assessments of policy and rules based on misinterpretation of contract agreements that have resulted in as follows: uncomfortable living environments, fines and fees, unlawful evictions, removal of personsl property, emotional damages, loss of homes, forced moved outs through aggressive tactics, and a host of other things as well. Manylong term members have recently moved away due to unfair pressure and unreasonable experiences. Since on or around may 2023 until just recently  we have not had an active manager on site to handle common issues.

Many tenants have lost personal property  and are faced with the decision to stay and deal with the conflict, or sell their homes and find more reasonable accommodations. This has left many tenants stuck feelings helpless and at the mercy of a group of unreachable people who seem to have no concern for our comfort in our living conditions. Even in current times management has been unreachable  to the extent that many people have just choose to leave instead. Some families have been here for 20+ years and have no intention of having to leave! Unfortunately due to unjust rule assertion we have seen many tenants be pushed away from their homes.

The Bedrock Communities management group has acted outside the good faith statutes that the state of georgia operates on and as a result has caused many people to suffer unfairly at the hands of their decisions. Not only have they choose to operate outside the boundaries of good faith, but they have also not acted in accordance with the guidelines of their own agreed upon contracts! Choosing time and time again to go outside the means ofvthe agreed upon contract to enforce rules not coverd by contract. Not only are these act frowned upon, they are also criminal in nature and punishable by law as they shoukd be! The tenants of clover ranch have endured the suffering of this company for far too long and that is the purpose of this petition is to bring awareness to their actions.
