Approving a special permit for a Tier 11 Cannabis establishment which allows up to 100,000 square feet of cultivation to Tetrahydra Agtek LLC who has gone above and beyond to improve on a business model that is already defined and approved in Becket.

• Support zero Air pollution — Tetrahydra AgTek LLC has committed to zero smell emitted from the GREENHOUSE in Beckett

• Support the Water protection that has been outlined by 20 pages of designs and practices preventing pollution and impacts on wetlands. All wetlands are protected by water retention ponds and other means to prevent an impact.

•  Support Zero Light leakage, NO light from greenhouses will be emitted. Tetrahydra AgTek LLC is using multiple levels of light blocking techniques that are redundant and provide 100% light blockage.

• Support the advanced water monitoring systems that are required and reported to the town and CCC "Cannabis Control Commission" where we track water use and impact.

• Support the Use of a beautiful state of the art Greenhouse!!!! Our design and implementation will be one of the most eco-friendly in place today. We will reduce energy usage with Ground to air transfers and by using the natural sun TetraHydra AgTek LLC will embrace mother nature and protect Becket.

• Support the on going farming community that we are in. Support that we are rejuvenating farming in Becket and embracing the next generation with integrating universities and students that have scholarships for Cannabis!

• Support the diversity and creation of new jobs Tetrahydra LLC will bring to the town.

The applicant’s proposal should be Approved without any further delay.
