Fix BDO nomura or SHUTDOWN
The Issue
I've been with nomura for more than a year, i chose this broker coz i believe that BDO is one of the best but, once you login on their platform during market hours you will realize that it's the worst platform. Never had other broker but just to let you know,
You will never experience a day without a problem trying to login to their website
-one time i bought a stock and it went up by 20% in one day but at eod i found out that system error did not process the order.
-second time i sold a stock and it was still a gain but on their system it's still showing that i still had the stock and until eod i still had it and of course tomorrow it was - 10% drop.
Imagine market time from 9-1pm but i can't really login even if it's pc, cellphone, using their bdo nomura app it does not work, clear cache, use other browser, cognito, nothing worked. Btw my internet is fibr 25 mbps
Regardless if your bias on a specific stock is correct if your broker is like this you won't gain anything,
Some will ask, try to call them, email them, chat them on fb,
I already did! They never reply on email. On fb as well, i called them like 3x on a different date like, this 1st week of the month, next on the 3rd and then the next month and i got the same answer, maintenance lol.
Speechless! Just fix it! Every order we make u gain profit from it!
