First of all, here are some facts -

- Rohit Sharma has averaged 11.25 runs this WT20 scoring at a S.R of 88
- Shikhar Dhawan has averaged 10.75 runs this WT20 scoring at a S.R of 83
- India has the lowest average runs scored (average run rate of 5.6) among all the WT20 teams in the first 6 overs.

While we acknowledge the immense contribution of Sharma (two double hundreds) & Dhawan - it is time we move on, as these people have been repeatedly found wanting against both spin & fast-bowling in this world cup, and also in the past.
We would like to request the BCCI and MS Dhoni to please bring Rahane into the team - a batsman of high caliber who can both play the role of a sheet anchor and also increase the tempo when needed, as seen from his IPL days with Rajasthan Royals!

The only trouble in this process would be to decide which of the two openers to remove - it is like choosing between two Chetan Bhagat novels. So we would suggest you organize a game of rock-paper-scissors between Mr. Sharma and Mr. Dhawan, and winner can partner Rahane against West Indies in the upcoming semi-final.
