The front and back-country in British Columbia is laden with spent shotgun shell casings, and the problem only gets worse each year.  We are proposing the creation of a financial incentive that will see shotgun shell casings picked up from the forest floor, and returned for a refund at ammunition points of sale in British Columbia.

Though this petition may suggest funding us; please don't.  We don't require funding - we need voices (and signatures) in support of this important cause!
