Child Hit By Car in Unmarked Crosswalk

A child was struck and knocked off his bike in one of our wown away crosswalks on Sunday.  Luckily the boy is unhurt, but apparently the driver was “unapologetic “.  Who is going to be to blame if another person is hit and seriously injured or killed crossing the road where the crosswalk lines have become invisible to drivers?
