Fellow Petitioners, 

The Campaign for 4 Commissioners is heating up with 15 Candidates in the Race.

In my case as the lead Advocate for the "Patrons of Route 6", my Campaign Platform is based on Public Safety in 6 key areas. Obviously mitigating the one way traffic gauntlets at Vesuvius Bay and Fulford Harbour is a Top Priority. 

If Elected as your Commissioner, my plan in cooperation with the other 3 Commissioners is to Reconstitute our Ferry Advisory Committee as a Sub Committee to the LCC under the Community Transit and Transportation Bylaw.

The Ferry Advisory Committee will be streamlined to 5 Members:

1 - Chair, 1 - Member Representing Fulford Harbour - Route 4, I - Member Representing Vesuvius Bay - Route 6, 1 - Member Representing Long Harbour - Route 9 and 1 - Member at Large from the LCC. This would Represent the Ferry Advisory Sub Committee under the umbrella of the LCC. 

This would allow those who are passionate about our Ferry Service and Infrastructure to Advocate more effectively in an official capacity, sanctioned by our newly created LCC. We've demonstrated we can Advocate from the outside effectively, it would be an Honour to Advocate as your New Commissioner along with the newly reconstituted Ferry Advisory Committee - Sub Committee to the LCC. Advocating and Networking for positive change is what we do!
