Season's Greetings Everyone!

The MV Quinsam will not be returning from Refit in time for the Holiday Season Rush. This after being out service for 9 weeks. To compound the overload situation by not having the extra 19 vehicle capacity. WorkSafeBC has shut down the use of 3rd Party Traffic Marshallers at the Crofton, Vesuvius Bay and Fulford Hrb Terminals. Who would have thought our one way Traffic Gauntlets would become even more treacherous? 

This at one of the busiest times of the year when Families are trying to Reunite with their loved ones. It really is hard to fathom from a Customer Care standpoint and foremost Public Safety, how BC Ferries and WorkSafeBC Management can allow this situation to happen.

The message is crystal clear for Minister Rob Fleming - Ministry on Transportation and Infrastructure - WHY?
