You know when you sit around the kitchen table, TJ's  or Dagwood's having a coffee and shooting the breeze with friends (sadly not so much for the last 22 months). Someone suggests did you hear about an interesting Petition going on out there? A round table discussion ensues, most agree and say I'm going to get on that but simply forget or put it aside.
