Hello supporters

Not many people seem to know that as of May 1, 2020, unless you break a bone in car accident, your claim is worth a maximum $5500.  A permanent brain injury or torn muscles, requiring a cane for the rest of your life....still only worth $5500.
You will loose you ability to support your family, but you still can no longer sue.
ICBC has just changed this. It must be stopped. Some people have taken advantage over the years (that’s criminal). We pay insurance to be covered in case of accident, so we will cover, just like life insurance. It should be there when we need it.

Removing the ability to have legal representation is against our Constitutional Rights.

Insurance Corporation of British Columbia-is a government run corporation and therefore section 7 constitution refers specifically to them (they have denied legal counsel)

Section 7 - Life, liberty and security of person
7. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.

Section 7 guarantees the life, liberty and personal security of all Canadians. It also requires that governments respect the basic principles of justice whenever they intrude on those rights. Section 7 often comes into play in criminal matters because an accused person clearly faces the risk that, if convicted, his or her liberty will be lost.

Please help pass this around as not many people seem to understand what is actually happened here. Thank you
