Now the whole city is under siege.  Every street corner is piled up with garbage.  There are very few if any dustbins where people can discard their garbage.  The dumped garbage is not being picked up regularly.  Complaints on online forums (http://www.ichangemycity.com/bangalore/complaints/disgusting-state-of-affairs) have unfortunately led to no positive action.

The nallahs are stuffed with plastic and garbage.  If this state of affairs continues, we will soon see the entire city turning into a Belandur lake or worse still into a Surat.  Do we need a plague or a disaster of epical proportions before something is done?

Be proactive.  Please sign this petition and let us get the municipal corporation to do something about this issue on a war footing.  Let them know we care and we are watching them.  After all we voted them to power.  Now they need to attend to our problems.
