The official BBC Shop has updated its listing for "The Underwater Menace" DVD, confirming the exact disc contents and providing the first clean look at the cover art, previously seen printed in Doctor Who Magazine:

As expected, the contents match those reported by Doctor Who Magazine in their most recent issue (albeit with a slightly amended title for the making-of documentary), as outlined in our previous update. We've repeated this below for those who missed it, with minor updates based on information from the updated BBC Shop listing:
- Fully restored episodes 2 & 3
- Telesnap reconstructions of episodes 1 & 4
- Interview Commentary for Episode 1, featuring Toby Hadoke interviewing Michael Troughton, son of the late Patrick Troughton
- Cast & Crew Commentary for episodes 2 & 3, moderated by Toby Hadoke and featuring Frazer Hines (Jamie), Anneke Wills (Polly), Catherine Howe (Ara), sound technician Brian Hodgson and floor manager Quentin Mann
- Interview Commentary for Episode 4, featuring excerpts of archival interviews with 2nd Doctor actor Patrick Troughton as well as directors Hugh David and Julia Smith
- Production Information Subtitles for episodes 2 & 3
- "A Fishy Tale", a documentary looking at the making of "The Underwater Menace". Contains contributions from Frazer Hines (Jamie), Anneke Wills (Polly), assistant floor manager Gareth Gwelan, production assistant Berry Butler & new series writer Robert Shearman. Narrated by 5th Doctor actor Peter Davison.
- "The Television Centre of the Universe: Part Two", the concluding part of the documentary about BBC Television Centre which began on "The Visitation: Special Edition" DVD. Featuring 5th Doctor actor Peter Davison with former companions Mark Strickson and Janet Fielding
