The first episode of Top Gear with Chris Evans as its new presenter was ruined by him inexplicably shouting the whole way through.

This spoilt the enjoyment for viewers and potentially made hundreds of people deaf.

The Suffolk Gazette notes that Sir Jeremy Clarkson did not shout when he used to present Top Gear, so we demand the BBC put subtitles on when Evans is speaking/shouting. Matt LeBlanc was ok, though.
