Thank you for your support. We now have close to 21,000 signatures.
There is a tremendous amount of anger towards the BBC during this election campaign. Cenotaph, editing footage of QT debate, Neil interview and lack of one for Johnson, general lies and smearing of Labour over anti-Semitism and terrorism, even ‘code negative messages’, through graphics. Newsnight photoshopped Corbyn next to terrorist and put it on BBC. This is what fuels the anger.
After receiving 20,000 signatures earlier this week a letter was sent to the BBC to get a response. I want both an acknowledgement and a reply from them. When I get a reply from the BBC I will send you copies of the letters. If there is a lack of satisfaction with the response from the BBC we will then go public and contact Ofcom. We will issue a press release and formally hand over the petition inviting supporters to meet up then too. The reply is not likely to arrive until after the election.
The world of Twitter is largely unfamiliar to me, but we are planning soon something called a Twitterstorm. If you use Twitter could you please post the picture above?
Best wishes,
John Han
