BBC Sport primarily feature Track events for their TV coverage with very little airtime given to Field events. Tonight was a prime example where broadcast was shut down during the IAAF World Indoor Championships Pole Vault competition where medal positions were being decided. I'm sure that if a major football competition went into extra time, or a motor racing grand prix hadn't finished, then coverage would have been extended!
