Force the BBC to have a password system to access any BBC channels, to avoid any unwanted BBC license fee inspectors harassing people just for having a TV etc.

As not all people have a TV etc to watch BBC programes, it is related to the (communication act) etc, people should not feel pressured to pay for a BBC license fee, all because they have a device that unfortunately can receive BBC channels if it is a television or radio etc.

Many people have mental issues, 1 in 4 people have or will get mental issue/s, if this password system is not in place it will mean many other people will develop mental issue/s, because people worry about paying the BBC tv licence fee, but like I said even when they dont even watch or and listen to any BBC channels.

So to end this nonsense, the government should force the BBC to have a password system, the system will mean only people who have the password/s will have access to any BBC channel/s.

[Also if anyone who pays the BBC fee, even though they dont watch any BBC channel/s, call the BBC to cancel the fee, as it is human right to not be forced to pay for something you did not even want, dont be scared of the BBC.]

[Also if BBC dont like the password system, well that highlights that the BBC just want to take as much cash as they can from people, even if the people dont even access any BBC channel.]

[Also the BBC should see the password system as a positive thing, as it would mean they would not have to waste time, cash, also they will not have issues with the licence fee inspectors harassing people,  people who dont even access BBC channel/s, surly the BBC does not want more negitive advertising, because as long as the BBC does not have a password system, they will continue to have issues with licence inspectors harassing people, what will obviously affect the BBC badly even more,  so the BBC should stop this nonsense, by installing the password system.]

[Also anyone who dont know - if you have a (smart - TV) that is (not - connected) to the - (arial - port), but it (is - connected) to the (ethernet - port/internet - port) or (wifi/wireless internet) and you (dont - sign in) to the (BBC - iPlayer). That means you won't get all the channels, but it means you (dont need to pay) for the TV licence fee, as you (won't be signed in) to the (BBC - iPlayer), also you won't be receiving any live programes. But who cares as people can just use the apps on the smart tv anyway, so it is not important to watch live channels or and record live channels, also anything else can be done on the internet, youtube is far more useful vs BBC products.]
