Sorry it's been so long, iv'e been very busy.
I ask for you to read this from start to finish and spread this message with all your friends and family, this could be the most important update you read.
I have today received a response from the complaint I made regarding UKIP's exclusion from the "special" Question Time episode.
Here it is:
"Thank you for contacting us about the ‘BBC Question Time Election Leaders Special’ due to be broadcast on BBC One on 30 April 2015.
I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your previous response and I have noted your concerns with the justification to invite David Cameron, Ed Miliband and Nick Clegg.
I can appreciate that you feel UKIP should have been included in the programme on the basis of electoral support. Some of our audience feel that UKIP are now regarded as a “major party” and should be included on this basis.
The designation of “major party” is made by Ofcom, which does not regulate the BBC on these matters. However, the BBC Trust has similarly set out in the BBC’s Election Guidelines that UKIP is a larger party – but – like Ofcom’s designation of “major” – this applies only in England and Wales, not in Scotland or Northern Ireland, where UKIP is neither a “major” or “larger” party. You can read more about the BBC’s guidelines here:
http://downloads.bbc.co.uk/guidelines/editorialguidelines/pdfs/2015_Election_Guidelines.pdf
With this in mind, the Question Time programme on 30th April on BBC One will be broadcasting each party in the nation of Great Britain where they are designated as “larger” or “major”. That means the Conservatives, Labour and Liberal Democrats are broadcast UK-wide. Similar programmes, using the same format, will be shown on BBC One that night. This means that an SNP edition will be broadcast in Scotland; a Plaid Cymru edition in Wales and a UKIP programme in England and Wales. “Election 2015: Ask Nigel Farage” will be chaired by Jo Coburn and will be shown after the ‘News at Ten’ on BBC One where the UKIP leader will take questions from an audience in Birmingham. The programme will also be shown later in the evening on BBC One in Wales.
Viewers in each part of Great Britain will have the opportunity to view, on BBC One, the main parties in their nation. Viewers throughout the UK will be able to see all of the programmes on the BBC News Channel.
I hope this explanation has helped in addressing your concerns about the decisions made in inviting leaders to take part in this Question Time Election Special.
I’m grateful that you have taken the time to get in touch. Please be assured that I have included the points you have raised on our audience feedback report which is sent to programmer producers and senior management each morning. These reports are among the most widely read sources of feedback in the BBC and ensures that your complaint has been seen by the right people quickly. This helps inform their decisions about current and future output.
Thanks again for contacting us.
Kind regards

I am absolutely disgusted with the way the BBC have treated UKIP on a number occasions in the run up to this General election and as you will see in the response the BBC certainly do like to pick and choose where they defend themselves on their wrong doing.
The petty excuse from the BBC to exclude UKIP from the "special" question time episode is due to UKIP only be classed as a major party in England and wales, so the question I ask is why did the BBC include David Colburn Leader of UKIP in the Scotland leaders debate? It's funny that isn't it.
It's also quite a coincidence that they decided to answer one half of the point I made regarding their justification to exclude UKIP from the "special" Question Time episode, what they did focus on way my point regarding Ofcom but what they didn't focus on was my point regarding "strong electorate support".
Furthermore after yet more controversy surrounding the BBC and political Bias from the Question time debate tonight, the "have I got news for you" Jibes and the so called "challengers debate" on 16th April I wish to create a Twitter/Facebook campaign using the hash tag #stopBBCbias
Tweet and post to facebook using this hashtag: #stopBBCbias and furthermore explain WHY the BBC need to stop being bias for example:
"The BBC need to live up to their name by being a fair, impartial & non bias broadcasting service #stopBBCbias"
Many thanks for your continued support.
