Broadcasters are trying to shut the Greens out of televised debates ahead of the General Election - again! 

With the climate crisis finally on the agenda where it should be - at the top - having these debates without Greens there would be denying the voters the chance to see the vast differences in environmental policy between us and the other parties.

Polling last week highlighted that, for a majority of people in the UK, the climate crisis will influence how they vote in the looming general election, with younger voters feeling particularly strongly about the issue.

We’re the only party that can hold the others to account on green policy and the electorate deserve a proper debate on this. 

In 2015 we took on the broadcaster and got the Greens included in the debates!
