"The Crusade" is partly missing serial of Doctor Who that was broadcast in 1965 and has not yet had an official DVD release. This serial only has episodes 1 and 3 still existing in their original form however every other serial with two episodes missing they have still recieved DVD as they had their missing episodes recreated with off screen recordings of the soundtrack of the episodes and using either rotoscoping animation or stills of the episode taken on set or off screen by fans. So as those serials in the same predicament got DVD releases we Doctor Who fans believe this one should too as many of us enjoy collecting the classic Doctor Who DVD range and would appreciate a realese so that our collections can be more complete and so that we can enjoy this classic serial in the closest way to how it was originally made with an official BBC DVD release of The Crusade.
