It’s appalling that a tax payer funded organisation like the BBC is employing known tax evaders/disguisers. Tax evasion is a crime.

BBC Sportscene and BBC Sportsound regularly feature several pundits who have been recipients of EBT’s(Employee Benefit Trusts). HMRC consider this to be tax evasion and have classified these are disguised loans. 
In essence these highly paid individuals many of who would be millionaires, choose to not pay tax owed. We all know the damage that tax evasion does to our economy and the vital services that our tax contribute too. 

Taking this into consideration, it is disgusting that theses people are now earning directly from the tax payer. In many cases their disguised loans have no been paid back.  The BBC must act now and end the employment of said individuals until they can prove categorically and publicly, they have met HMRC requirement and paid back what they were due.
