Need to Relocate Colony

Losing Slate is bittersweet. He is the reason I did not want to relocate the colony. There are only 4 cats now and my plan is to relocate the colony as soon as I find a place for them. Francis, a recent addition named after Pope Francis, will be neutered before the the colony is relocated. Although relocation is recommended as a last resort--their future is uncertain as a board member could see me feeding them under the fence and may try to enforce the feeding ban. Today I saw a board member walking down the street that intersects the street where I was headed to feed the colony...too close for comfort. If anyone knows a location where these cats can go--one that supports maintaining in an enclosure for 4 weeks before release into new location. Thank you for your support and love of community cats!
