Irrigation District Board President Requests Meeting

The president called me today and said he does not want the cats to suffer. He discussed relocation and he offered his land to relocate the cats. I explained the relocation requirements and that these cats would do better if allowed to remain in their home. He asked me if I would be willing to meet with the manager and he would schedule a meeting this week. I am always willing to negotiate. He feels it is only a liability issue with the manager. I said I no longer go on the district's private property to feed so what is the liability issue? I guess I will find out when we meet.
