Ishmael Zamora plays football for Baylor University. Earlier this year, he viciously whipped his puppy with a belt and stomped on it. He said he was "disciplining" the dog. This dog needs to be removed from his custody immediately and permanently (he said he sent it to live with his relatives) and Baylor University needs to remove him from the school's collegiate sports program.
