We the residents of Panama City Beach Florida and unincorporated Bay County (Panama City Beach) want mandatory trash pickup for all homes, from the Hathaway Bridge to the Phillips’s Inlet Bridge.  This would include all rental, vacation and primary residence.  Mandatory trash pickup for all homes would help to stop individuals from dumping their trash on empty lots, along roadsides and stuffing into the cans of resident’s who do pay for trash service.  Home owners who do not pay for commercial trash service should be fined.  This is the first step to cleaning up the Beach (City and County). In order to move to a more attractive beach this is certainly a requirement.  If the target tourism market is families then a clean and safe beach is needed.
