When your stomach is 0 health, you should not lose hydration nearly as fast as you currently do, the dehydration should simply keep you from regenerating stamina, not kill you. I have died after outplaying pmc squads as a scav because of this pointless mechanic, and I'm sure others have as well. Battle State Games, please remove or change the stomach damage mechanic. It only degrades the game experience.
