Thousands of people are calling to move a transgender woman from a violent all-male prison

More than 55,000 people have signed a petition calling for a transgender woman to be moved out of the violent all-male prison she is in to a nearby jail for women. Tara Hudson, 26, is serving a 12-week sentence after admitting common assault following a bar fight on Boxing Day last year.
