YUCATÁN MÉXICO, MÉRIDA YUCATÁN, LA BLANCA MÉRIDA, LA CHULA MÉRIDA…..o cómo quieras llamarle a Yucatàn este maravilloso estado en México, un lugar turístico por muchas y maravillosas cosas, cultura, tradiciones, gastronomía, su historia, su gente cálida, sus playas y pueblos hermosos…donde deshonrosamente YUCATÀN es el PRIMER LUGAR A NIVEL MÉXICO, EN CRUELDAD, MALTRATO Y ABANDONO ANIMAL, YUCATÁN DONDE HAY MÁS CASOS DE ZÓOFILIA, ANIMALES QUE DUERMEN BAJO CONDICIONES EXTREMAS BUSCANDO COMIDA Y AGUA, HUYENDO DE LA MALDAD HUMANA, BAJO LA LLUVIA CAMINANDO HASTA EL CANSANCIO PARA CUBRIRSE DEL SOL, LA LLUVIA O EL FRÍO EXPLOTACIÓN Y PRÁCTICAS POR DIVERSIÓN A COSTA DE LOS ANIMALES, PIROTÉCNICA ATADA A SUS CUERPOS, ANIMALES QUEMADOS VIVOS, ECHADOS EN ACEITE HIRVIENDO, ECHADOS EN AGUA HIRVIENDO, ANIMALES ARRASTRADOS BRUTALMENTE, ENVENENADOS, ANIMALES ABUSADOS SEXUALMENTE, TORNEOS DE LAZO DONDE MUEREN CIENTOS DE CABALLOS, CORRIDAS DE TOROS DONDE MUEREN CABALLOS DESTRIPADOS Y TAMBIÉN MUERE EL TORO, PELEAS DE PERROS, PELEAS DE GALLOS, AVES, ANIMALES EN LOS ZOOLÓGICOS EN ESTADO CRÍTICO QUE TAMBIÉN MUEREN, YUCATÁN DÓNDE DIARIO MUEREN CIENTOS DE ANIMALES POR DIFERENTES TIPOS DE MALTRATO, SITUACIÓN QUE AL ALCALDE  ANTERIOR 2016-2024 Y GOBERNADOR ANTERIOR 2018-2024 NO LES HA PARECIDO UN TEMA IMPORTANTE, Y QUE CADA VEZ ESTE PROBLEMA VA EN AUMENTO. EL TEMA DEL MALTRATO A CABALLOS ES EL MÁS OLVIDADO.
LA IMPUNIDAD DE LAS PERSONAS QUE COMETEN ESTOS DELITOS, ESTÁ REBASANDO CUALQUIER ACCIÓN QUE SE TOME EN FAVOR DE LOS ANIMALES POR RESCATISTAS, ANIMALISTAS, ACTIVISTAS, ASOCIACIONES Y PERSONAS QUE AYUDAN A ESTOS SERES QUE NO TIENEN VOZ Y QUE SI SIENTEN!!! 

LEVÁNTEMOS LA VOZ POR TODA LA FAUNA EN YUCATÁN!!!!!

¿PORQUÉ ESTÁ SUCEDIENDO ESTO? PORQUÉ LA ALCALDÍA, GOBIERNO DEL ESTADO Y LAS AUTORIDADES ANTERIORES, Y LAS AUTORIDADES JUDICIALES NO QUIEREN HACER NADA PORQUE NO ES UN TEMA QUE LES IMPORTA Y OTRA ES PORQUE SE CORROMPEN.

A diario se realizan denuncias en las redes sociales y de ahí derivan las denuncias que se hacen por teléfono y personalmente, las Autoridades de la FISCALÍA GENERAL DEL ESTADO DE YUCATÀN, no solamente ignoran las denuncias, muchas veces ponen pretextos para no acudir y otras detienen al implicado y simplemente los dejan libres aún cuando hay pruebas de la muerte o maltrato de un animalito, entonces las leyes han ido cambiando en favor de los animales cómo las modificaciones en los artículos de la ley de bienestar animal publicadas en el Diario Oficial del Estado de Yucatán el último 23 de abril 2024, aprobadas por el Congreso del Estado de Yucatàn el 25 de Marzo 2024, pero primer punto importante, no hay la manera de agilizar el proceso de denuncias, no les importa llevar a cabo esas investigaciones, los procesos después de denunciar son largos y eso hace que se pierda el tiempo y el animal sea asesinado y abusado por diferentes motivos, a las autoridades y gobierno, alcaldía no es un tema que les importe, además que existe mucha corrupción y por eso se siguen realizado este tipo de actos, pues no hay castigos y sanciones cómo corresponde.

En los últimos meses desde inicio de año, el nivel de muertes de animales ha ido en aumento y eso es una alerta para la sociedad y las autoridades en el Estado de Yucatàn, pues se sabe que la persona que realiza un acto de crueldad animal, muy posiblemente pueda incurrir en un delito a futuro con una persona, lo que es muy grave.

Es muy importante mencionar que la mayoría de estos horribles actos son cometidos por personas adultas, jóvenes y adolescentes del sexo masculino, (hombres) lo desata una alerta aún más grave. Tenemos muchos casos y uno de los más sonados entre ellos el del perrito Rufo quién fue colgado de un árbol asesinado a martillazos, y posteriormente decapitandolo con un machete, para terminar cortando y tirarlo a un bote de basura en su casa!!!!! No podemos imaginar el dolor de ese animalito y “Julio N” estuvo privado de su libertad durante el proceso judicial, a quién se le dictó sentencia en abril antes de ser aprobada la modificación en la ley de bienestar animal otorgando una pena de 3 años 9 meses de cárcel, lo cuál consideramos todos, es una burla a la ciudadanía, y muchos aplauden con conformismo diciendo que al menos se le sentenció! a los pocos días de aprobada la ley rufo, otro hombre sale y le corta la patita a Negrito un perrito que dormía afuera de su casa junto con otros perros, como se muestra en videos en la web “ caso perro negrito en mérida “ este hombre quién está esperando ser juzgado en privación de su libertad por 3 meses, también intentó sobornar a las autoridades para salir, sin embargo llevaba su proceso y en junio 2024 metió un amparo y está llevando su proceso en LIBERTAD!!!!  Que es lo que sucede con los Jueces de los casos??? Porque son aceptados estos amparos??? se dejan sobornar? Hasta cuándo??? Esto es una burla al pueblo, los Juzgados se ríen del pueblo y de las Leyes. La Ley Rufo NO se está aplicando, si no todo lo contrario!!! 

Exigimos que cualquier persona que cometa un Biocidio esté cumpliendo su condena en la cárcel con grandes sanciones económicas!!!

Hace unos días un perro fue cruelmente asesinado amarrando su ocico con cinta canela cómo verán fotos aquí, lo tuvo al sol  45 grados centígrados sin comer y sin agua con el ocico encintado, el perro convulsionó y murió, la gente acudió al domicilio, la policía se lo llevó detenido sin embargo el hombre Jesús N fue puesto en libertad y a la fecha no entendemos porqué!!!! Que puede pasar por la mente enferma de un ser humano para llegar a hacer atrocidades como estas? Porqué la ley no actúa correctamente?

El caso de los 10 perritos de la Melitón Salazar, en Mayo,  por abandono en la misma casa que han fallecido dos y que a uno se le tuvo que dormir por las condiciones inhumanas en las que se encontraba el animalito. Esto duele.

A principios de mayo 2024 se hizo el rescate de Bika una perrita en situación de calle con un tumor del tamaño de una pelota, escondida debajo de un coche, lograron agarrarla y la llevaron al veterinario, se procedió a cirugía y no aguantó su corazoncito y falleció!!!! 

Y sabemos también que la perrera municipal ahora llamada CEMA Centro Municipal de Atención Animal no protege a todos los rescatados porque se sabe con horror que perro que cae ahí lo “duermen” pero que esos animales son muertos de formas desagradables y son alimento para los animales de los zoológicos en Mérida, no se sabe si vivos o muertos porque se sabe que el gobierno tiene presupuesto para dormirlos dignamente, Y NO HAY UN MOTIVO NINGÚN MOTIVO!!!! para acabar con la vida de un perro o un gato de la calle, pues eso es incurrir en el mismo delito de crueldad animal. Es su obligación cómo gobierno proteger la fauna en general, y reintegrarlos con familias que les den una buena calidad de vida a esos pequeños seres sin voz. 

Cientos y cientos de casos a diario, nos aprietan el corazón, casos que se tornan en miles al mes, es in entendible, inimaginable, doloroso cada caso, esto está en aumento y es urgente pegar un GRITO DE AUXILIO POR LOS ANIMALES EN YUCATÁN!!!!! 

EXIGIMOS que esto se detenga!!!

ACTIVISTAS Y RESCATISTAS en una lucha constante por salvar vidas, que ayuda hay para estas personas? No hay ayuda para estos animales maltratados y cruelmente asesinados?

Muchos rescatistas se quitan la comida de la boca para alimentar a rescatados, todas esas personas sufrimos el dolor de esos pequeños seres, muchos no dormimos, muchos lloramos de impotencia, lloramos su muerte y su abandono, muchos enfermamos, muchos piden prestado, otros los mantienen de donaciones, muchos viven en sus casas hasta con 20 o más rescatados!!!! Y además de todo esto, la mayoría reciben amenazas de todo tipo incluso amenazas de muerte.
y el GOBIERNO IGNORANTE DE TODO, IGNORANDO CADA CASO!!! La alcaldía de Yucatàn en los últimos 9 años ha sido la peor en la historia del maltrato animal, prometió retirar los caballos de las calesas entre otras cosas referente al tema, y gracias a esa ignorancia, han muerto miles de animales en condiciones horribles y crueles!!!

Es hora de que el nuevo Gobierno de Yucatàn y la Alcaldía hagan su trabajo y exijan que estos procesos sean más ágiles y fáciles para denunciar, corregir la Ley de Bienestar Animal, porque también incurrieron en errores al redactarla, y que exijan a la Fiscalía que realicen el trabajo doblando esfuerzos para salvar a los animales y castigar a quienes sea los que cometan estos delitos!!!! 

Muchas denuncias se hacen a través de los medios sociales, con fotos, videos y dirección, llamadas telefónicas, sin embargo el proceso de denuncia es personal y con muchos trámites engorrosos que retrasan la ayuda a tiempo para esos pequeños seres indefensos.

URGE modificar la Ley de Protección a la Fauna y el Reglamento del Ayuntamiento de Mérida, con la participación de las personas o autoridades implicadas en el tema.

WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
WHY THE MAYOR'S OFFICE, STATE GOVERNMENT AND THE PREVIOUS AUTHORITIES, AND THE JUDICIAL AUTHORITIES DO NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING BECAUSE IT IS NOT AN ISSUE THAT THEY CARE AND THE OTHER IS BECAUSE THEY GET CORRUPTED.

In the last few months since the beginning of the year, the level of animal deaths has been increasing and that is a warning for society and the authorities in the State of Yucatan, since it is known that the person who carries out an act of animal cruelty, very possibly you could commit a crime in the future with a person, which is very serious.
We have many cases and one of the most famous among them that of the puppy Rufo who was hanged from a tree and killed with a hammer, and later decapitated with a machete, to end up cutting it and throwing it into a trash can in his house!!!!! We cannot imagine the pain of that little animal and "Juan N" was deprived of his freedom during the judicial process, to whom the sentence was handed down in April before the modification in the animal welfare law was approved, granting a sentence of 3 years 9 months of jail, which we all consider, is a mockery of the citizens, and many applaud with conformism saying that at least he was sentenced! A few days after the Rufo law was passed, another man came out and cut off the paw of Negrito, a little dog that was sleeping outside his house along with other dogs, as shown in videos on the web "Negrito dog case in Mérida" this man who is waiting to be tried in deprivation of liberty for 3 months, also tried to bribe the authorities to get out, however he is undergoing a process that we hope will be ruled and sentenced accordingly.
A few days ago a dog was cruelly murdered by tying his neck with cinnamon tape, as you will see photos here, he was kept in the sun at 45 degrees Celsius without eating or water with his neck taped, the dog convulsed and died, people came to the home, the police took him into custody however the man
Jesús N was released and to date we do not understand why!!!! What can go through the sick mind of a human being to end up doing atrocities like these? Why is the law not acting correctly?
The case of the 10 Melitón Salazar puppies in May, due to abandonment in the same house where two have died and one had to be put to sleep due to the inhumane conditions in which the little animal was found. This hurts.

It is your obligation as a government to protect the fauna in general, and reintegrate them with families that give a good quality of life to these little voiceless beings.
Hundreds and hundreds of cases every day squeeze our hearts, cases that turn into thousands a month, each case is incomprehensible, unimaginable, painful, this is on the rise and it is urgent to shout out a CRY FOR HELP FOR THE ANIMALS IN YUCATAN! !!!!

Many rescuers take food out of their mouths to feed rescued people, all of those people suffer the pain of those little beings, many of us do not sleep, many of us cry from helplessness, we cry for their death and their abandonment, many of us get sick, many ask for loans, others support them with donations, many live in their homes with up to 20 or more rescued people!!!! and the GOVERNMENT IGNORANT OF EVERYTHING, IGNORING EVERY CASE!!! The mayor of Yucatán in the last 9 years has been the worst in the history of animal abuse, it promised to remove the horses from the buggies among other things regarding the issue, and thanks to that ignorance, thousands of animals have died in horrible and cruel conditions !!!
It is time for the new Government of  of Yucatán and the Mayor's Office do their job and demand that these processes be more agile and easier to report, correct the Animal Welfare Law, because they also made mistakes when drafting it, and demand that the Prosecutor's Office carry out the work by doubling efforts to save to animals and punish whoever commits these crimes!!!! WE DEMAND JUSTICE!!!! WE DEMAND THE LAW BE COMPLIED WITH!!!!
