Council to sell 24 Swan Street to Local Community Group
Dear Kind Supporters of 24 Swan Street,
After many months of discussions, we can finally share the news that the Council has decided to sell 24 Swan Street to the Community Interest Company "The Kingsclere PAYC" a decision set to be officially approved at a full Basingstoke and Deane cabinet meeting in March 2023. An enormous thank you to all who have helped to bring about this outcome, we are delighted!

While we are waiting for the Council to decide on the reduced sale price for 24 Swan Street, we are picking up our fundraising efforts once more.
