24 Swan Street is officially an Asset of Community Value!

Today we heard that 24 Swan Street has been approved and placed on the Council's list of Community Assets. It will remain on the register for the next 5 years!

This provides the newly formed community organisation "Kingsclere Performing Arts and Youth Centre" (CIC) a moratorium period to get their bid together to put forward an offer to purchase the building.
