First Aid saves lives. It’s proven that what happens within the first few minutes after an incident matters. My partner and I recently needed to use CPR on a neighbour. Without the knowledge we had, the outcome could have been very different. We gained that knowledge by completing a First Aid course.

If we taught basic first aid (or just CPR) in our schools more lives could be saved. My own children’s school’s teachers have many training days to help improve teaching skills. Just one of those days a year could be used for teaching the children critical life skills, saving lives! You could also involve the parents too,
