Help the customers get their money back from G2A.COM

The Issue

This company has stolen money off of countless individuals, myself being recently targetted by this. The company is a re-selling website for people have have key-codes for digital goods.

My recent struggle with this website led to me being stolen of my money for a month and not receiving it back in full.

My incident started on a Sunday afternoon and me and my friend wanted to purchase a game from the website to play it with the remainder of the weekend. I thought this was a completely safe act since they offer to pay with "G2A Shield" which is a protection service which, they guarantee money back within 5 minutes if something goes wrong.

False Advertising.

I purchased the game and the order was "processing" for around 20-30 minutes before I sent an e-mail to their support address asking what the problem was. They said the seller had ran out of keys and that I would receive a notification about the refund within a few hours, with the actual refund taking up to 28 days. I was appalled by this of course and assumed they must have made a mistake. I asked, "but your G2A Shield page states that I can have my money back within 5 minutes"

The response I got from this was "This only counts for keys that have been received." Of course I was outraged at this response and asked if I could have the money transferred to their "G2A Wallet" which is their own system in which you can add funds to purchase games from there for. To this I had no response at all.

After tweeting them asking for better assistance I received a response that they were looking into it, 14 hours later and there have been no more responses.

I have currently received an E-Mail notification for the refund and they are not refunding me the full price I paid, even though I did not receive any product and I'm having to wait up to 28 days to even receive this money. On top of this, they sent me a coupon code which equates to 20p off of the purchase if I wished to purchase from this website again, this does not even account for the money they have technically stolen from me by not paying me back in full, as seen in the image below.

This cannot be tolerated and I know I am not the only person to be affected by this company's shady actions, I highly advise people to speak up and not let their actions go unheard.
