If west ham gave Joe his seat back now and Joe entered Stratford then he would be rearrested for breaching his bail conditions. Joes seat is also safe. After speaking with Karren Brady she has personally agreed not to sell on Joe's seat as they have done with with fans who have been given banning orders.
