BIG NEWS, BIG STEP TOWARDS JOE GETTING HIS SEAT BACK. Today I have been in contact with Karren Brady. It has been agreed that once Joe has answered his bail hearing and the evidence is shown that there is no case to answer That WEST HAM UNITED have agreed to review Joes stadium ban and give his seat back. Unfortunately the police upon joes Initial arrest put an area ban in place meaning Joe isn't allowed to go into Stratford. This wasn't an action by west ham but the police alone. Because of this west ham can't allow Joe back in the stadium as he will be breaking his bail conditions. I have also requested Karren that Until the bail hearing that Joe's seat remains unsold so when he is allowed back into the stadiun he will be able to sit with his friends and family again....this request has also been agreed to by Baroness Karren Brady herself. Nicci and Joe are aware of everything as well. This has been a long tedious process just to get this far. We have another battle to win before we have won the war....
