After losing his mum suddenly in November 2015, the council have said that he has no right to succession as he hasn't been living there for a year. He has lived at the property for the last 32 years and moved out twice for a year each time. He moved back in March 2015 and his mum sadly passed away in November. A LBBD representative told him in December that he would be offered something as he's lived there for at least 6 months. Yesterday he was told that they would not offer him ANYTHING at all. He has lived and worked in the borough most of his life and for the last four years has worked in the local community, helping the local community INCLUDING the council. In his time of need, they have turned their backs on him and are making him homeless. He is going to appeal their decision and the more signatures we get the better it will look for him.
