There is a video of a man that drowned a dog at a beach In Barbados. I was disgusted at what I saw and so was all my friends and family. Animal abuse goes un changed and un checked around the world and innocent animals get tortured daily and even killed. I want everyone in Barbados and around the world to sign this petition not to look good or for fame or bragging rights but for the innocent Animals like Sparky that were,  and still are being seriously hurt or even killed by horrible people. 

Lets show the world that Barbados will fight here in our country for the change in policies to make Animal abusers pay for their disgusting acts of violence to innocent Animals. All Animals  are living breathing beings that deserve a voice when they can't speak for themselves.  

If you love animals and have a heart please lets get justice for all animals by exposing the ever growing violence towards innocent Animals.
