This is an urgent matter. A young lady is being wrongfully accused and incarcerated for a horrific crime she did not commit. There is a lack of investigation going on because the police and prosecutors are content with who they have allowing the true killers to go free. This case needs exposure and attention so it will be looked into more. The killing was related to the victim agreeing to testify in court, not because of jealousy as the media says. This was a gang related crime that deserves true justice, not just anyone taking the punishment. Many fear speaking out the truth because they do not want to also end up as victims. Nasstashia Powell is only 28 years old and gave birth to her first child only a short time after being wrongfully arrested and imprisoned for this crime. She had prayed for a baby for many years and was very excited to finally be a mother. She is being accused of committing murder while pregnant. She did not commit the crime, yet no further investigation has taken place since her arrest. This is a huge injustice that may result in two young women losing their lives and leaving innocent children without mothers while the true heartless murders remain free to attack again.
