We have recently learned about the slaughter of Cecil the lion in Zimbabwe by Mr. Palmer and his accompanies. Cecil is one of many thousand of animals killed each year due to the Trophy Hunting Game. Im starting this petiton because we need to stop the game of trophy hunting all together. Please sign this so we can get it known and get this issue more attention.

In my research I have learned that the United States is the biggest import of trophy lions out of 5 countries and in sub-Saharan Africa they have a large industry that is filled with a numerous amount of endagered species used for this lude act. One of the organizations that is all for this hunting game is different governments thru out countries, they sell these permits to make millions of dollars when they're running out of money. In my opinion anyone who supports this is inhuman. Its just wrong to kill animals for personal pleasure or to use their head as a souvenier on their wall. The main group of people who participate in the hunting games are tourist who spend over thousands of dollars to kill the species they select along with the most rare of the rare. They go for the males who are stronger and built better but what they don't know is that they are killing off the ones who are able to reproduce more which is killing off their species. South Africa is one of the biggest industries to support Trophy Hunting, they make an income of $100 million a year thru this act.  We need this to end, we need this issue to generate more attention so we can stop this! Lets be a voice for those who don't have one. Lets protect these animals lives and rights that they have. I know some people will be against this but Im asking for support from the people who agree with me. So please sign my petition and help me get this issue more attention for the sake of our furry and non furry friends. Thank you for taking the time to read my petition.
